The Devine Inventory
The Devine Inventory targets 33 different behavioral areas and 12 core competencies. We correlate your companies required competencies to your candidates, or your existing staff, to determine "goodness of fit" or performance improvement areas. We frequently utilize the following Devine assessments, as well as others, to coach & develop personal attributes:
- CoreSelect Plus - For a candidate. Provides interview questions, once completed, that will target the candidate's weak areas.
- CoreDevelop - For an existing employee. Provides recommendations for improvement of weak areas.
